Each staff member, carefully chosen by our founder Cassi, brings a unique personality and touch to the WinterCrest family. Let’s meet them!
The heart and soul of WinterCrest! Cassi has been running the server for over 12 years, nurturing a community filled with kindness, creativity, and fun. None of this would exist without her vision and dedication.

Hi! I'm Cassi. As Founder of WinterCrest, my main tasks revolve around planning new and exciting content for everyone to enjoy! I also manage server maintenance and upgrades. Keeping everything together is a busy job, but when I’m not working with the team to make awesome stuff, you’ll see lots of me on the server and the Discord - don’t be a stranger if you see me around!
Our Head Admin oversees all server operations and staff management, keeping WinterCrest running smoothly behind the scenes. If you ever run into issues, QYB is your go-to.

Hey! I’m QYB, Head Admin. I help keep everything running, from managing our awesome staff and server operations to designing the themed hubs and mini-games that bring our world to life. I’m involved in just about everything: making sure things run smoothly, look great, and stay fun. My goal is to keep WinterCrest the best place to play, explore, and create together. When I’m not behind the scenes, you’ll probably find me testing ideas, chatting with players, or cooking up something fun!
Admins manage the day-to-day operations of the server, supporting both staff and players while maintaining a positive community atmosphere.

Ayo! I’m Izak, the self-proclaimed server simp. The title’s been a running joke for years, and somehow it just stuck. (For the record, I’m not actually a simp… probably.) Jokes aside, I’ve been part of this amazing server for many years, spending most of my time behind the scenes with the other amazing staff - creating the server hub world, parkours and terraforming for events - making sure things stay fun, friendly, and welcoming. Even if I’m not as active these days, I’m always ready to jump in and help so you can have the best experience here. My DMs are always open and I swear I’m friendlier than I look.

Hello, i'm Fear, Admin and the Leader of the minievent team. I help the community with issues that may arise, but my main job is managing the minievent team which is hosting fun events every other day. I love seeing other peoples builds so feel free to share your creations with me!

Hi, I'm Kgaim! I'm your local Hatsune Miku fan. I help run the Wintercrest website, and if I'm not doing that I'll probably be building one of my numerous projects or helping around behind the scenes.
Moderators are the friendly faces who keep the community safe, friendly, and drama-free. They help players, answer questions, and make sure everyone has a great time.

I’m the resident server social butterfly and content creator! If you’ve seen Wintercrest on tiktok or instagram, thats yours truly! If you’re looking for me, I’m the pink obsessed staff member who yaps a lot, and I’m usually found harassing players to be in my tiktok’s or bothering the other staff members

I'm Fleur, one of the helpers here on the server. I have a soft spot for all things whimsy which includes fae, gnomes, and little shroomies. I love hosting events, like our most recent art event, that bring the community together and make it feel a little more magical.
